Exhibitors please make sure that!!
1. Your booth is paid for in full as setup will not be allowed until payment is received.
2. You have pre ordered any extra tables, chairs, phone line, etc. in advance to avoid extra costs or delays.
3. You will receive your exhibitor badges when you register on move in day.
4. Show hours are: Saturday 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. Sunday 11:00 am until 4:00 pm.
5. Exhibitor move out is Sunday night, after the show closes.
6. No booths will be held with out deposit paid within seven days of receiving the contract. Balance of booth to be paid as per contract or the booths will be resold.
If we have to collect from you at the show there will be an additional 10% of the booth cost added to your bill. This will be enforced.
